I don't know if there is such a thing as "conservative fiction" but this is my all time favorite book and I think it's conservative...I mean there is the part about "hunted by the government." Enjoy. Maybe someday they'll make a real movie out of it.
I named my blog after Lucius Quinctius Cincinnatus -- A Roman consul who served only long enough to save his Republic before returning to his farm. Cincinnatus was the inspiration for the Order of Cincinnatus, to which George Washington and Lafayette and many other American Patriots were members. Omnia relinquit servare rempublicam - He relinquished everything to serve the Republic.

Celebrating the Historical Heterosexual White Male
Okay, men, I've figured it out. I've solved the the mystery as to why most women, myself included, are drawn to historical men. It's their high collars! Why can't men wear high collars like that today? Again, no proof about this gentleman's proclivities, but doesn't he look like he was just punched in the mouth? No arugula-eating-wind-surfer-bicycle-with-a-helmet type of guy here.
