Four Supreme Court Justices Provide Proof They Are Traitors to the Constitution

Justice Stevens, Justice Breyer, Justice Ginsburg and (surprise!) Justice Sotomayor voted against the 2nd Amendment of the Constitution applying to anyone other than the federal government. Proving beyond a shadow of a doubt that SCOTUS liberals are both illiterate in the english language and American history.

But I guess that's the point...re-interpret the Constitution and re-write history. Welcome to Obamanation.

For now, the battle is won but the victory - in my mind - was too close for comfort.

I was relieved that at least one SCJ understood the concept of ordered liberty and used it in his opinion. I wouldn't expect that much out of either Sotomayor or (God forbid) Kagan.

"It is clear that the Framers . . . counted the right to keep and bear arms among those fundamental rights necessary to our system of ordered liberty," Justice Samuel A. Alito Jr.

America's Ammo Supply and He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named

And so it begins...something wicked this way comes. The same week that the head of Obama's Department of Homeland Security, Janet Napolitano, turns the word terrorist--He Who Must Not Be Named--into the more global warming fraud friendly term, Man-Made-Disaster; we also find that Obama's Department of Defense is plugging up the supply of expended military brass to remanufacturers. What Obama kept to himself during the campaign was of course, he believed in American's right to bear arms, just arms sans ammo.

A Revolutionary Era Reminder to the Swing States on the 2nd Amendment

Michigan, Florida, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Virginia, North Carolina, Missouri, Colorado, New Mexico, and Wisconsin
From Pat Dollard:
"Hussein’s gang of legal thugs are threatening the broadcast licenses and legal action against those who air his record about guns if they run the NRA’s ads against him. (The Bitch Girls) The Obama campaign sent cease and desist letters to news outlets in Pennsylvania and Ohio, denouncing the ads and demanding their removal from the airwaves."

Shooting practice this weekend! Thanks Uncle Gary!

The world is filled with violence. Because criminals carry guns, we decent law-abiding citizens should also have guns. Otherwise they will win and the decent people will lose. -- James Earl Jones

"You go into some of these small towns...and like a lot of small towns in the Midwest...they get bitter, they cling to guns or religion..."

Bitterly Clinging

WASHINGTON (AP) - The Supreme Court ruled Thursday that Americans have a right to own guns for self-defense in their homes, the justices' first major pronouncement on gun rights in U.S. history. The court's 5-4 ruling struck down the District of Columbia's 32-year-old ban on handguns as incompatible with gun rights under the Second Amendment. The decision went further than even the Bush administration wanted, but probably leaves most firearms restrictions intact. The court had not conclusively interpreted the Second Amendment since its ratification in 1791.

Very Important 2nd Amendment Quote O' The Day

Leave it to my blogger friend Proof to articulate it precisely. If you care about the right to bear arms and protect yourself against criminals and tyrants, stop what you are doing and read his blog post, Barack's de Facto Gun Ban. And he even has a map!
I'd ask Obama and his other face: What good is the "right of the people to keep and bear arms" if you put all the gun dealers out of business?
**RELATED AND TIMELY NEWS UPDATE**
WELEETKA, Okla. (June 10) - The bodies of two girls were found shot to death in rural Oklahoma along a dirt road the best friends walked dozens of times to play and go to sleepovers....For Priddy, that fear means taking extra precautions: "I got guns loaded," she said defiantly. She also refuses to let her 14-year-old daughter out of the house.

Fun Police State Living

We are heading for "CHANGE" alright, try a police state. You should read the entire post but I'll highlight certain important sections. Needless to say, living under a "police state" is already taking on new meaning in D.C. And has anyone else noticed an increase in cops and ticketing lately? Where you used to get away with not wearing a seat belt, going 10 miles over the speed, etc, you can't anymore... Hmmm.
D.C. police will seal off entire neighborhoods, set up checkpoints and kick out strangers under a new program that D.C. officials hope will help them rescue the city from its out-of-control violence. Under an executive order expected to be announced today, police Chief Cathy L. Lanier will have the authority to designate Neighborhood Safety Zones.” At least six officers will man cordons around those zones and demand identification from people coming in and out of them.
More from the post,
I live in Eckington, a “transitional” neighborhood in northeast DC. I got a knock on the door this morning from a guy with ACORN (looks like a lefty community group that I’d never heard of) saying that DC police would be coming around shortly asking to search homes in the neighborhood for guns, and explaining we had the constitutional right to refuse, etc. He added that anything the police find they can use against you because “you never know what a friend of a friend might have left in our house” Not sure if he told me this because I had just gotten out of bed and had answered the door in my bathrobe looking disoriented, but I digress. He was handing out a packet of info from the ACLU including a nifty doorhanger you can put out that says “NO CONSENT TO SEARCH OUR HOME”. One of my neighbors told me the guy told them they were only doing this in poor black neighborhoods, and this notice from the ACLU that I found online seems to bear this out. I know it’s not exactly a
wrong-door no-knock raid, but I am concerned because while I certainly don’t want the police (or any other strangers) rummaging through my junk, I’m kind of afraid of what would happen if I refuse the search. I already live on one of those streets with the surveillance cams installed. Does my address get ‘marked’ for being uncooperative or suspicious? I should mention of course that I don’t own any guns and have never touched anything more powerful than a bb gun.
Funny how he instantly thinks gun ownership will be causing him a problem. The Dems have only held Congress for two years. Just ask yourself what's going to happen if we get a Dem controlled legislature and B. Hussein Obama for a president. My favorite part of the post?
“This is a very targeted program that has been used in other cities,” Nickles told The Examiner. “I’m not worried about the constitutionality of it.”
That pesky constitution. If they really wanted to do something about crime they would arm every law abiding citizen and see how fast the crime rate drops. I'm betting D.C. residents would be "Howdy Ma'am-ing all day long if everyone was armed.
"It was the best of times, it was the worst of times; it was the age of wisdom, it was the age of foolishness; it was the epoch of belief, it was the epoch of incredulity; it was the season of Light, it was the season of Darkness; it was the spring of hope, it was the winter of despair; we had everything before us, we had nothing before us; we were all going directly to Heaven, we were all going the other way." ~Charles Dickens
