Headline of the Week

You think it can't happen here? Breaking news from Estonia. Turning air into taxation. That should work out well for Estonia. Plus I don't get the reasoning of these people. Vegetables have rights, yet what about these poor cows? And what about goat farts? bumble bee farts? elephant farts? Do fish fart? AND WHALES? Surely they too are "polluting" the water.
