Ode To The Butter Jesus

Sadly, the BIG BUTTER JESUS aka. Touchdown Jesus aka. King of Kings of I-75 burned to the ground last night after being struck by lightning. This 62 foot statue is an icon for OSU students, truckers and lovers of Jesus all up and down I-75. He will be sorely missed. Was the fact he was struck by lightning an omen of some kind? I don't know but I always liked him because just a mile or so down the highway is a big mosque. There was something reassuring about that big butter Jesus presence. I hope the church rebuilds him.
