"Dr Williams says Muslims should have a choice in legal disputes
Dr Williams interview The Archbishop of Canterbury says the adoption of certain aspects of Sharia law in the UK "seems unavoidable"

Yes, Dr. Williams, Muslims should have a choice in legal disputes under "certain aspects" of Sharia law. Should I go to prison for honor killing my wife, self-detonating my child according to rules of jihad or should I have some "legal choices" and walk free? Sounds like a good plan for the UK.

This is such a bad idea. If the British government starts making and applying different laws for different groups, what is next? Three-month sentences for dishonor killings?

I couldn't agree more and it's setting a scary precident that some how if your custom/religion/culture calls for certain things that would otherwise be considered unconscionable, it's okay. Just because some religious sects in Utah think marrying lots of young girls is the way to go, doesn't mean we should provide for their way of thinking in our laws.
